Identify opportunities to improve the speed to complete the build time of well sites through optimised supply chain actions to programme co-ordination across a range of sub-projects (including civil, gas, water and landholder management).
Data analysis on well site execution data, resulted in an improvement in average build-to-handover time of 800-500 man-hours.
Tracking and analysis of commercial economic data across many spreadsheet models, resulted in a more streamlined and manageable process, leading to faster and more reliable decision making.
